Welcome to The Invara Method, LLC. By accessing or using our website, coaching services, digital products, and self-paced courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This website is operated by The Invara Method, LLC, located in Palm Desert, California. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Invara Method, LLC. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including clients, purchasers, and browsers.

2. Services Offered

We offer:

• 1:1 virtual coaching
• Self-paced online courses
• Downloadable digital products (via Etsy)
• Free educational blog content
   

Certain services (e.g. 1:1 coaching and eCourses) require users to create an account with Notion. By signing up, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, and Stripe. Coaching services may be paid in full or through approved installment plans. Full payment is due prior to delivery of any services or products.

All purchases are non-refundable, including:

• Coaching services
• Digital downloads
• Self-paced courses

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged in full unless otherwise agreed upon by the coach.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, PDFs, graphics, downloads, coaching materials, and course content, is the intellectual property of The Invara Method, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Content is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers

The coaching services, blog content, courses, and products provided by The Invara Method, LLC are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

While Tyler Young is a licensed clinical social worker, services provided through The Invara Method are strictly coaching and do not constitute a therapist–client relationship.

No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes of coaching or educational services. Your participation is voluntary, and results will vary by individual.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Invara Method, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, and waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and updated with a new effective date. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
